The location was the best for walking around Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple. The rooms were newly renovated and unique with 4 beds and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect amenities, magnificent and exceptionally nice setting.
Absolutely fabulous and fairly clean hotel, the staff is very very helpful and really helpful. The rooms with a pointless bath tub. Satisfactory breakfast with all the 24 hour Indian food, cornflakes and cooked fried eggs and good customer service.

The hotel is fairly clean and cool. the staff are amiable and the location is the best, with a coffee shop downstairs. It's a short walk to Bugis Street, the great Madras, and two different subway stations. Staying there is always perfectly pleasant.

Newly remodelled units with Netflix, a shared bathroom, for example, and amicable staff. Exceptionally nice location, restaurants and bars near the hotel. Cool drinks at music bar, very good service...

The hotel accomodated my family in one room only.
The indian nationals that sourrounds the hotel are very noisy. We can't sleep tight.

Excellent location, close to the subway, comfortable bed.
Bring earplugs, as there are nightclubs nearby and very loud music, which prevents you from sleeping! Breakfasts are very modest.

The room we stayed in had recently been updated, and it featured a bathtub that we didn't find much use for. the location of this place was pretty good as it was near transportation options. 🚕

Location is great - Situated in Little India and an easy walk from Bugis mrt station and Little India mrt station plus walking distance from the Mustafa centre. Plenty of eating places in the area.
Not sure that the photos/summary for the hotel were an accurate representation of the hotel. We had a room at the front of the building and it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning. The room had a balcony and the gaps under the 2 doors to the balcony were about an inch high! Didn't think much of the towels - I have floor rags thicker than the towels!

Madras is 10mins to mrt station,15 mins walk to Mustafa mall and circle mall, easy to get a taxi and lots of souvenir stall around..
a good hotel ....but very noisy at night...maybe because there's a bar besides the hotel..I'm not complaining, besides,I enjoyed my stay..

Nothing. The room was ok. But nothing about it is memorable. The only good thing is that she didn't charge us for the early check-in.
The receptionist was a bit rude when she answered my call about the arranged pick-up when we arrived at the airport. She said that we can just get a cab when I said that we have arranged a pick-up. Then the cab driver charged us SG$55 instead of the agreed rate with the hotel of SG$50.

1. Hotel members are very supportive and helpful .2.Self serving breakfast with limited menu.3. Housekeeping standards are good .4. Very nice , sincere and honest staff.
On Sundays/ Holidays the locality may not be comfortable for traditional families on account of the surrounding while reaching the hotel or going out during late evening hours .However it is comfortable once you are inside your rooms.
